There is now not too much longer to go until the transfer window closes.

Clubs are working hard to make late moves in the window in order to get their squad in the best shape possible as the 2020/21 season gains momentum.

Chelsea have been one of the most active clubs in the window, with Frank Lampard spending over £200 million in adding players to his squad.

But, there may still be some transfer activity at Stamford Bridge over the next few days.

Here are the latest Chelsea transfer rumours.

Blues confident over Rice deal

Chelsea are confident of signing West Ham United’s Declan Rice in the final days of the window, and are ready to launch their bid for the England man, according to reports.

The Sun claim that Chelsea believe that the Hammers need the money, after complaints of ‘limited funds’ from co-owner David Sullivan.

It is reported that the Blues are readying a £40 million bid in order to test West Ham’s resolve in the coming days.

Inter’s Kante stance

Inter Milan will not be looking to sign Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante this summer.

The Frenchman has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge during the current transfer window, having endured an injury-hit campaign last season.

Inter are one of the clubs to have been credited with an interest in the midfielder, however, the club’s Sporting Director Piero Ausillo has poured cold water on the speculation.

“Kante is not on the market, he’s a starter at Chelsea. We’re not in talks for him also because we’ve already got eight midfielders in our team,” he told DAZN.

West Ham eye Rudiger

West Ham are hoping to sign Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger on loan before the transfer deadline, according to the Sun .

The German international has not featured in any of Chelsea’s Premier League matches this season and is reportedly keen to move in order to search for game time ahead of the European Championships next summer.

It is said that Chelsea would prefer a permanent deal for the 27-year-old, but would be willing to send him on loan should that not materialise.
